Yu Han (Harry)
Undergraduate in Robotics Engineering · South China University of Technology
Research Assistant, PAIRS Lab · The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)
I am an undergraduate studying Robotics Engineering at South China University of Technology, where I was advised by Prof. Yunquan Li. I also work as a research assistant in Prof. Fangqiang Ding’s PAIRS Lab at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou).
Before turning to robotics, I spent six years (2016–2022) programming and competing in informatics. My experience now spans both the mechanical design of robotic systems and the development of machine learning models.
My research interests include dexterous manipulation, multimodal sensing, force-aware robot learning, and embodied intelligence. I aim to bring together advances in robot design and learning to develop trustworthy, scalable physical AI that advances human–machine symbiosis.
